*Catbird & Company – Catbird & Co. by Colgan Farm will be bringing our handcrafted, small batch cold process soaps and 100% soy candles. Our scent of the week is COCONUT LIMES!! It’s a fresh and invigorating scent to start the day off right!! We will have a variety of scents in our hand rendered tallow line, locally sourced from New Boston Beef. We also have our line of exceptional goat milk soaps, and vegan selections as well.
*Chet’s Italian Ice – We’ll be featuring our Fresh Sweet Native Strawberry Italian Ice, bursting with local strawberry flavor. Also on the menu: 🍋 Classic Lemon, 🥭 Tropical Mango, 🍒 Very Cherry, and 🍉 Watermelon. A fan favorite is mixing the Strawberry and Tropical Mango together for a beautiful “Sunset” Italian Ice! 🌅 We’ll also have our Italian Sodas and Take-Home Pints available. *Proctor-Hall Farm – Your local and loyal pasture raised Berkshire-Tamworth pork and chicken farm will have chops, ribs, butt, shoulder, ground pork, breakfast sausage, sweet and hot Italian sausage, bratwurst, chorizo, bacon, and ham steaks. For chicken we’ll have whole and half, breasts, wings, and eggs. Pawpaw seedlings are still available. Get them while you can!
*Quiet Corner Fudge – This week, Quiet Corner Fudge will feature a summer standard – Raspberry Cream Cheese Fudge, made with a lovely raspberry melba sauce. We’ll also have a full compliment of other flavors – all fresh, all delicious. Friends of the Market entitles you to 4 fudges for $13.00.
